Facover – Return and Refund Policy

We want every customer to enjoy their experience with Facover. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer an easy and transparent return process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused or only handled to the extent necessary to inspect them
• Items must be in their original condition
• Items must be returned with original packaging and any included accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
For defective, faulty, or incorrect items, Facover covers all return shipping costs.

Defective, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Facover covers all return shipping costs
• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.
• Photos may be requested to assist with verification

Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and cover all associated costs.

Change of Mind or Customer Remorse

If you decide to return an item for personal reasons — such as choosing the wrong product, no longer wanting the item, or similar situations:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Restocking Fees

Facover does not charge any restocking fees. As long as items are returned in their original condition and packaging, no additional deductions or handling fees will be applied.

How to Return an Item

Please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us
Email support@facover.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

2. Prepare Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.

3. Send Your Package
Ship the parcel using the courier specified in your return authorisation email.
We recommend using a tracked service.

Do not send returns to the company office address. The correct return address will be provided in your return authorisation email.

Please do not return items without prior approval.
Returns must be authorised before being sent to ensure correct processing.

Refund Process

• Inspection:
Once we receive your return, we inspect the item to ensure compliance with our return criteria.
This process typically takes 2–5 business days.

• Refund:
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalise the transaction.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different colour, style, or product, please contact us.
Our team will assist you and confirm any price differences or shipping costs before proceeding.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons where permitted by law, or if clearly stated on the product page.
These items cannot be accepted for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
